The Kerala Agricultural University fulfills its mission through a network of institutions spread throughout Kerala State consisting of three faculties under which are 8 constituent Colleges, 6 Regional Agricultural Research Stations, 16 Research Stations, one Central Training Institute, one Communication Centre and seven Krishi Vigyan Kendras. There is a network of libraries, including a Central Library in the main campus at Thrissur district, in constituent Colleges, RARS, Research Stations and KVKs. The University under its three faculties (Agriculture, Forestry and Agricultural Engineering & Technology) offers the undergraduate, postgraduate and Ph.D programmes in Agriculture, Horticulture, Co-operation and Banking, Forestry and Agricultural Engineering. In about 30 disciplines, the University offers post-graduate programmes leading to Masters’ Degree. Doctoral programmes are offered in around 10 disciplines of Agriculture, five disciplines of Horticulture, five disciplines of Forestry, three disciplines of Agricultural Engineering, one discipline in Community Science and one discipline in Co-operation & Banking.
